Immergood Stainless Ice Cream Freezers are available in both 6 and 8 qt models. The listed price begins with the 6 qt and incrementally increases when the 8 qt is added.

The Immergood 6 qt freezer has an 11-5/8 tub latch to tub ear distance compatible with White Mountain and Country Freezer electric motors. The 8 qt was made shorter and fatter to allow easier scooping of the ice cream thus, the 13" width will not accommodate electric motors. Immergood is developing an electric motor for the Immergood 8 qt that won't likely be available until 2019-2020.

The more expensive stainless steel option may appeal to those who use the freezers for large gatherings and socials or as a shared freezer among several families where the dasher and gear-frame may be more subject to dropping and abuse. The Immergood Stainless freezers are perfect for an equipment rental business.

An optional stainless insulated cover is available. When the ice cream is finished the gear-frame and dasher are removed to allow the tub cover to be placed on top. The insulated tub cover in conjunction with the insulated tub will keep ice cream cold much longer than traditional ice cream freezers. Some have even reported keeping ice cream for several days in the tub during mild temperature days in the 70s and below. The tub cover is perfect for clean and cold transport of ice cream to gatherings.

The freezer will come with a standard clear can lid which, has become the most popular to view the ice cream as it's being made. A traditional metal lid is an additional option if you want to alternate and have a backup lid.
